Unfortunately, our homes don’t always grow with us. What may have initially worked fine for a single person, a young couple’s starter home, or a family with a newborn can quickly become too small as families expand and multiple generations live under one roof.
If you are a first time home seller considering making the move up to your next home, you want to work with an Agent that is experienced in assisting first time home sellers. Selling your homes is completely different than when you purchased your first home. For example, too many times I see future home sellers investing money into repairs and/or improvements on their homes because they think they need to before putting their homes on the market when, in fact, they did not. This could end up costing you the Profit on your home that you could have made without making the improvement. Why spend money that you do not need to?
Real Estate is LOCAL! That means that what makes a quality listing in our area is not what necessarily true for other parts of the Country.
